Aloa warriors of the brush, defenders of the colours, fighters for contrast ...
Again it is about time for a small look on my table. There are a lot of things happening right now. Painting Classes, the Artbook is getting printed, travels are prepared and tons of emails are written every day behind the curtain.
A small measure of peace I find once in a while at the painting table. At the moment I stopped most of my weird private projects I worked on recently to aim for finishing some of my comission works. The Space Marine gets more depth, slowly:
Another one of his brothers, but from the cold world of Fenris. I found this bust during the Painting Crusade in Brussels on the second hand figure market. I have no idea where it is from but I am lucky to get my hands on this fella. Ben mentioned that this Space Wolve was once sculpted by Jeremié Bonamont Teboul. I have no idea if this story is true so I go believe Mr. Komets. Not much done on the bust so far, but brought some basic colours on:
I went out in the woods and did not return fast to find some mushrooms in different seizes to start a base for Box-Art-comissioned Alice from Kabuki Models. There will be a little step by step of the base and the mushrooms, stay tuned. A lot of fun so far:
Well ... my song that keeps my mind calmed and my heart pointed straight forward - really realaxing song:
So far,
Keep on happy painting!
Best Wishes

I can confirm that the bust was originally painted by Jeremie Bonamant. I am 90% sure it's his sculpt too.
