Hi guys,

finally I finished my small Gladiator-Bust yesterday evening. In the end it was a pleasure to paint it after this hard beginning. The bust was "made" out of the second head of Young Miniature´s Gladiator-Bust.

Please notice the changeable visor. I made this by using magnets.

Work in Progress of different stuff - first i made a cool photo of Raffa drawing at my balcony yesterday:


Cool, heh? Sunday Painting Music.
Strange weekend, sun and rain mixing it up all the time. I had to paint a little birthday gift to my gf's dad which will be given to him in about an hour. He likes fishing and is in Norway every year to do so. So it was our thought to gift him a fisher model by JMD which i did paint in the last 2 days - sorry for the bad photo, i did it with my equipment and he will be soon given away - no time for better ones... hope he will like him - also another Work in Progress project included in the photo:


Peter was with me the last day and he did finally finish his gladiator bust which came out quite nicely in the end - really glad you finished it my buddy!

I also did finish 2 other figures - a grey knight which now wears copper armour and a bloody swamp troll by RBG. Here is a preview photo, soon better ones done at Raffa's ...

We got a very rainy day today and yesterday was not much better - we wish the sun soon back from its hideout. So Painting with Raffa will be ahead. Looking forward to have him over in some minutes - much is in progress, many emails to write and things have to be organised. But there isn't something worse in everyones daily grind if he picks up the brush for some moments - Red Box Games Troll finished by me, Raffa is sculpting a damn cool bust, a Grey Knight is also ready and many things to come ... maybe :)

A while back in time, exactly back in spring this year we have been to Paris to the AFM Mountrouge Show 2011.

It was a great event and we found some video material of it - you know the jungle is slow :) - Sorry, that there are no real close ups in this video but you really can get the mood of a really cool event for everyone who is loving the hobby ... enjoy best in HD:
