Sebastian here, today I'd like to introduce something new that's been close to my heart for a while: The Community Day. The first part is about introducing people in the hobby and what they do. By that, I don't mean the ones everyone already knows, but the ones not everyone knows. It doesn't matter whether the person paints miniatures or is a miniature sculptor. The second part of Community Day will be me showing only pictures of finished minis from the community. Simply because they were painted well, but they don't get the attention they deserve, due to the fact that the painter isn't that well known.
I'd like to start with Ocarina. A miniature painter who's been around for a while in the hobby, but I only met her for the first time a few years ago. She´s a miniature painter based in Germany. Her development since then has been enormous, and I think her finished minis are simply beautiful to look at.
Here's just a small selection of what she's painted. You can find more pictures of the finished minis on her Instagram. If you like it, you can follow her.

Hello Jungle, i painted the bust of Roman in the course of the challenge. Unfortunately, I didn't get to take pictures. I hereby make up for this and do not want to withhold it from you. Here it is. Hope you like it...
Keep on happy painting!

Sebastian here, for unpacking another figure,
This time with the Wizard of the Forest bust from Half Cat Miniatures.
The mini has 14 parts in 1/12 scale and was modeled by Guillermo Miranda. The bust is limited to 150 pieces and can only be purchased as a pre-order for comission production. The bust cost 51,60pound + shipping.
The bust comes in a simple packaging with a magnet. But I think the simple design suits the mini well.
After opening the box, you first see a small card with an artwork and the limited edition number.
The larger parts of the bust are stored in a bag and the smaller parts in bubble wrap. Nothing is broken or damaged.
What's interesting is that there are small footprints on the bust so that you know where which animal has to be glued and in which position.
The fit is very good. Some gaps have to be closed as usual. The bust is a clear purchase recommendation.
Keep on happy painting!
