Hey guys,

first of all I wish you a Happy New Year :) May joy and happiness join you while you are travelling the road of your destiny...

But enough of this emotional blabla ;) let´s go into medias res.... some weeks ago I showed you quite crappy pictures of the Saracen... a day before Christmas Roman helped me with making better pictures and here are the results. Many thanks to Raffa who helped me with his awesome camera and the socket-sign. You can read there the date of the Battle of Hattin in its Latin and Arabic version. As most of you can´t read Arabic here ist the Islamic Date of Hattin: 25 Rabi' al-Thany 583 after the Hidschra.
