One question I do have:
As you I can't sit on one piece at the time and need to paint and build many different miniatures.
But: What is the secret behind the motivation to finish each of them?
I do have so many things I just started, then the muse left me and pointed my eyes to something different. :/

I could start 100 projects easier than finish one :(
And it is hard to say: it is finished. Always like, i want to be perfect (and I am far away from this) and i could do something more here and there.

Can we talk about that when at least half of all my Projects are in safe harbour, haha? I got 11 Projects at the moment - many since a long time, some pretty fresh. I always depend everything on my muse. If i am happy with building up a base i do so, if i am happy with cleaning and preparing a future project i do so, if i am happy to finish up a model i do so, if i am lazy i am - it is hard to explain but it helps me to stay happy :)
The two good feelings I'd call it. It is great to start a new project and create something new, all motivated and filling it up with ideas... this is a great feeling.
The other one is finishing something and having it finally done to the point where you consider it done, you see the result of all the work and effort you have put in, the ideas you had and the things you wanted to achieve.
Those two feelings motivate a lot. Everything inbetween, well it can be a nice meditative state of workflow or a hard fight against your inner self. Having the Muse and her 32 sisters around makes it easier to win this fight tho.
