  4. Hi Roman, I think it would be much better if the photos would be in color, better inspiration for the painter not just sculptors. weathering on statues can be pretty interesting!

    Not a bad thought, but you have to keep in mind that before colour, light and contrast gets important ... form will always rule them all.

    As conclusion it is really to say, that for painting FORM is the overlord over its slave called light, colour, contrast ... I hope you understand what I mean. I was planning to do a weaterhing section too and I promise to put in some weathered statues :)
