"Back in 2016 I attended your Beginner Class in Copenhagen.
I really got a lot out of the weekend but one thing that has really stuck in my mind is 

"Everything happens for a reason" it has helped me through many "hobby crises" since.

Today I decided to put it on my wall so I am constantly reminded.
