Hey everyone!
After posting four articles about the construction and creation of my last project, I will finally show some photos of the finished project and, of course, a video!
If you missed the four articles, check them out here:
Giu's Robot Repairs - Part 1
Giu's Robot Repairs - Part 2
Giu's Robot Repairs - Part 3
Giu's Robot Repairs - Part 4
I got a question via mail, what the button is for: Pressing the button on the project will make the robot take a photo of you :)
Ok, now let's start with the promised video!
And some photos:
You can also find the project on CMON and Putty&Paint:
Giu's on CMON - Part 1
Giu's on CMON - Part 2
Giu's on Putty&Paint
And to give this article a nice and funny end, here's a small collage of all the photos that were taken by YOU in Monte San Savino!
I really hope you enjoyed looking at the progress and for those who were in Monte San Savino I hope you had some funny moments with this interactive project!
Sharing and commenting is welcome, make the hobby grow!
Best wishes,
Raffa
That table has so many details...such a profusion of easter eggs all over the piece yet it look doesn't look overcharged.
ReplyDeleteTruly Inspiring work.
You're insane, you know that? Really looking forward to see this "in the flesh" and have a snapshot taken!
ReplyDeleteAwesome work as usual, thanks for sharing this!
It is great to see so many smiling faces at once :-)
ReplyDeleteIts super to see a diorama turning the table and making photos of the visitors instead the other way round. But i must confess, i think you're weird to kill a digicam for that! :D A little weirdness is always good, though.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations deserved regardless of whether it won or not (and congratulations on your award too :) ). You have created something truly unique, masterfully executed and very cool!
ReplyDeleteBravo :)
Marvellous!
ReplyDeletefantastic piece of art
ReplyDeleteAny comment would be repeated........there is only one word bravo!!!!

ReplyDeleteyeah, awesome piece of art!
ReplyDeleteas we now know how gui´s workshop looks like, it would be a fun thing to know how the man himself looks like.
old and crazy?
a half bionic technic freak?
this could easily make a "special cathegory" for the next MV painting contest ;)

You continue to amaze me with each new piece! I cannot wait to see where this road leads.
ReplyDeleteEpic!
ReplyDeleteMost inspired thing I've ever seen. Truly great work!
ReplyDeleteAs a woman who worked some years in a machine shop, I can attest you really got the shop vibe down. The grease! The disorder! I love this piece.
ReplyDeleteDude, you gotta submit Gui's Robot Repairs to the Spectrum Fantastic Art Annual competition: http://www.spectrumfantasticart.com/
ReplyDelete[/Fanboy-Mode on] SIMPLY AMAZING...this one has really made my days during the last weeks. Stunning how much detail you put in there...in 99,999999% I do not even have a clue how you managed to build and paint this masterpiece...though having read your WIP-articles 0_O...For me this means true mastership. Create something out of nothing leaving people asking: "How did he make this one? Oh, and look here...What? And there...How does he...?" You see my point...During the last years you have become a true vodoo master/ doctor/ painter/ scratchbuilder/ electrician...Raffa, THIS IS MAGIC! Thx so much for sharing. Really hope to get a glimpse at this one in real life some time.
ReplyDeleteBest regards,
Skyle
[/Fanboy-Mode (still) on] As I said...It must be magic! ^^
