Storyline goes on with the decision which won the vote:
"A) Use your brushbox to climb up to the maintance door and maybe pick it up somehow afterwards, maybe!"

Three people, will gain a badge for their help and their inspiring comment, - we are using their ideas to bring the story further. Take a sheet of paper, note your badge if you got one (we do the same) - in the end the one with most of the badges will be the winner. Don't hesitate to comment, we still got  badges for 19 days to give away. The promoted ladies and gentleman for the first row are:

- Alba, for tying her belt around to the brushbox to recieve it afterwards
- Siggi, for doing the same with his jacket
- JP,  doing the same with the shoelace

Genius!

The Story goes on ____________________________________________________

"Okay.

Maybe you should've focused more on staying fit instead of painting. Maybe you should've drank more tea instead of so many energy drinks. Because oh god this cans are so frekin' huge and weigh so much. Could drink it and then throw it at the Zombie. But well then it'd be empty and not so heavy and harmless as a loose tooth inside a ziplock bag and I'm running OUT OF TIME!!!

Your brain keeps blabbing nonsense while you try to reach for some useful idea inside my hurting head. Zombies are dead. Do the dead need light to see me? Dunno. But you for sure need the light to see so switching out the light is not an option. Her feet keep scratching the concrete floor. Must have been wearing high heels. You've heard other girls do that. You are so glad you are wearing your  trusty skate sneakers instead. Just imagine bad shoes right now! At least you haven't broken an ankle or something...that would've been bad (thanks for the exra padding!). A broken tooth is nothing! Nothing!

And there is no way you are sticking zombie goo to yourself. What if the blood touches an injured spot and you become a Zombie. Oh no, there's no way you could enjoy beer being a Zombie. Not to talk about painting. Those Zombiehands look quite shaky... So they will show no interest in a brushbox! Just in caseyou tie your belt/shoelace/jacket around the brushbox and climb the hell out of there trying to hold the other belt end with my hand to be able to recover the box after.

Better than this would have been to STAY at Eduardos place! And current you try to climb the wall, there is another scary mind in your brain: Are your family, Eduardo, Jessica and your other friends still alive? Or are they monsters like the limpling lady, which would like to eat my brain now? These gives me a huge powerpush to climb at the end of the wall! I hope the box don´t crush.

It all went well and you are up. In front of the maintance door, with your brushbox and back at your bag. Your mouth is still bleeding, but you escaped that Zombie. You take a look back to the Zombie lady walking around. She suddenly stops and looks at you but she won't be able to get up here for sure. She walks on and stops to eat some dead meat from remains on the ground. Must have been a cat as far as you can see with your flashlight.

You hear some noises again from behind the maintance door and fear another of these monsters behind. But there is no other way so you are using the key to open the door and with a rush there is a guy - alive!! - aiming a pistol at you but realizes you are okay and no zombie... he is taking a look outside, shots the zombie lady in the head and now he is taking a look at you ... damn this guy looks like a warrior ...

He tells you that he is a police officer searching for his family in the metro, his wife and his daughter who have been on travel to the grandparents. He is looking for survivors but did not yet found some. He tells you that he was shooting a lot of the zombie beasts already, but more and more are coming up from everywhere. He heard about a "Extraction point" for survivors at the outskirts of the city but that is indeed far away. You are happy to find a person that is normal. He proposes to guide you to the next metro station where you can get out of the tunnels. He also has a cell phone but with batteries empty he explains to you and it is a very old one, not one of these smart phones. He is also searching the dead for batteries fitting to his mobile. He tells you his name and his name is: Wruce Billis.

Moderation: Friends can be used to kill a Zombie once! If you use the help of the police officer to fight a Walker he is gone and searches for his daughter again!

First you are searching the maintance room - no need for your flashlight anymore as there is dim light in the corridors - you find an old radio but is way too big to carry. Maybe it still works? But you are not sure if listening to music right now would be the best idea, you don't even know if anyone is broadcasting and why the hack is there a radio so deep underground. You don't even think that it has a signal so you break its antenna and pack it in your bag ... maybe as a future weapon, who knows?

Moderation: Weapons can be used to kill a Zombie once! If you use your antenna for example it will be gone afterwards.

Equipment list (this list can grow and shrink during your journey)

- 1x Figure Transport box, damaged, Figures intact

Your bag containing:
- your colors, many
- 1x ziplock bag with zombie remains
- your last energy drink
- 1x flashlight
- 1x ziplock back with a tooth of yours
Friends:
- Police Officer, searching for his family
Weapons:
1x old Radio Antenna

From the maintance room there leads a corridor in 2 directions. The guy tells you he comes from the right and there are no Zombies around as he killed many already. He tells you that if you walk with him to the Station you have to go left. It is your decision now what to do next:

A) Go left. Alone. Without the Police Officer. You are not sure why, but your train came from that direction and if you want to look after Eduardo this might be the way to go. But maybe you should first survive before going there?

B) Go to the right with the guy and be left alone at the metro station.

C) Help the guy to find his family.

Make your decision via comment now!!
(one person, one comment, we will count and the decision voted will arrive behind the next day's door).

Happy deciding!

  1. C) I help the guy, so maybe later on he helps me get through to Eduardo. In this situation it is sure better to be in a team than it is to be alone, I am glad to help out and believe in good, apart from that, he's got a gun and looks like he could beat the crap out of a zombie in case he's out of ammo. Doesn't look like I will need my wallet anytime soon anyway, so I choose to help first and check for Eduardo and my stuff later on.

  3. C) This guy with a gun looks like Bruce Willis, and how can you gone wrong when you stay with Bruce Willis? Help out with his family first and maybe he will escort you back to Eduardo's place later :)

  5. I've had enough adventure for a whole year and I need to feel some comfort in the companionship of this guy, even if I have to change my plans. To walk alone in the subway net it's more than I could stand by now and helping him would be kind. Even if I don't know how I could help him right now.

He has taken a brief look to my stuff and he didn't wrinkle his nose so at least I feel confident in this person. I should check my bag and box too and so I do.

I ask if he is injured in order to assure that he hasn't been bitten or so, and to check if I can help with the remains in my memory of that first aid course I took too many years ago.

Then, we start walking the corridor to the left. The lights are dim and too spaced to my likeness but this is better than the railways so I take the rear as Wruce asks to me and I try to be alert to any movement or sound.

I loose the sense of time whilst our steps echoes in the corridor. When we find some crashed down light tubes I help with the flashlith...

    So option C)

  6. Yaaaay! screams my mind after finding one living person. I Actually remain silent. My mounth hurts too much, and there's blood everywhere mixed with saliva. I can't barely talk to the guy... Mr. Billis without making a mess.

    - I'm fso glad you didn't fsoot at me.

My pronunciation is terrible. He looks at me waiting for my decision. I'll go with him. His little kid reminds me of one of my old miniatures...Alyx was her name. Hope the cop's kid is also carrying a gun and a teddy bear. I really need to hug a teddy bear rigt now. And if I've gone so far to save my brushbox I could as well make a little effort for someone elses's family. right? Plus he has a gun and looks badass.

I look around looking for something to stop my mouth from bleeding when Mr. Billis hands me a handkerchieff. And there is some alcohol (the farmacy one, sadly) in the store room. Enough to soak the cloth and be able to stop the bleeding, hopefully. We don't want to be bleeding around zombies, do we?

Are those boxes over there painkillers? That would be great. So great.

-Yesf, I'll help you Mr. Billis. You go firsft...

Memories of endless nights playing Silent Hill with Eduardo spring to mind as I walk pass the broken radio. Do broken radios detect zombies in real life as they detected abominations in videogames? Sounds stupid. Who knows, there are zombies everywhere. Welcome to surreal-land. No, too stupid. Let's follow him before he gets too far!

    C) Help the guy to find his family.

  7. puuhh ..... the box didn´t crush. And I can keep it anymore. I reached the door through that decision and a new 'friend' is on my side. I think it´s not the time to die hard now through a bit of a hungry Zombie. It´s good to see anybody else how isn´t infected. I don´t know what´s going on, but he´s looking unbreakable and gives me a good feeling. During I think about my options, he´s speaking to himself. I don´t understand everything, but there are sayings like: "every christmas the same shit .... f***** planet, everywhere is terror on it .... the damn city is full of sin!"
Oh ha - should I go with him? He appears a little bit confused. But he´s an officer with a big gun, and maybe he´s the last survivor in these huge Armageddon! No, the other are still alive and what me finaly convinced, is the fact, that Eduardors flat is 16 blocks away from here. I go with Wruce Billies, to hope to find an other safer way to Eduardos place.

    B) Go to the right with the guy and be left alone at the metro station.

  8. Oh, fXXk this guy looks like John McClane
    [ you have to look at this !!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OTyw6cq86kY ] !!!!!!!
Now i feel kind of... save.
I would like to go in the direction where the train has come from. This is even more alluring as this guy had killed lots of zombies there, so maybe there aren´t any left.
But i know that metrotunnles twists underground in many direction an so i have no idea where i am exactly. Right seems to be the direction to go, but it may even lead into the wrong direction.
So i will make my way with Wruce to the next station. There i can check where i am. My plan is to try to connect with Eduardo. John carries a mobilephone in his pocket, but has no reception here, but at the station we might get one.
I promise him, that if i can reach Eduardo, and everything is ok with him, i´am gonna help him to find his family.

    So its first B)
    and then maybe C)

  9. A guy who rescued me should be worth helping (c) better being eith a guy with a gun. What can my antenna do? Maybe I could use the ziplock as a weapon by strapping it over a Zombies head. I alredy recognized, that my dead tooth is moving on it's own in the bag. It became black too. So going with ghis guy may be great, and ic he fells I might be able to catch his gun...

    ReplyDelete
  10. yeah! A living person! I´m so relieved. But I have to make it somehow to Eduardo´s place. Check if he is fine. Can´t let my Bibab face this hell alone.
I know I´m not in a good state. My head aches and my mouth feels like someone used it as a punching ball. But maybe Eduardo is in much more trouble then I am and needs my help... Somehow I have to make it to his place.
But what help can I offer? I have an old radio antenna, some zombie remains and my first two encounters with this creatures I survived with pure luck.
Maybe I can persuade this police officer help me to get to Eduardo. He looks like a diehard and if I help him find his wife and child he owes me something....

So, I take decision C) with the hope to find his wife and child asap to make it afterwards somehow with the officers help to Eduardos place.

  11. any chance that there are batteries in the radio, either for the phone or just in case your flash light runs out? i'd help the guy out, its dark and cold with zombies id rather get to eduardo later and have some company and protection than do it alone.

    so C

  12. C:Wruce i will help you to find your family. In Transaktion you have to help me. Alright!? With your Gun and my Mighty antenna we can get rid of this Zombie Apokalypse.
    "Hehe"

  13. "Don't I know you from somewhere...?"
"I get that a lot...," he replied sarcastically. With his finger still twitchy, I thought it better not to press any further. Like me, he was probably just hoping to get to somewhere with cold beer always available.

It seemed like he had been there for some time. After looking around and finding a telescopic aerial (which I loved as a kid, felt like Zorro wielding one of these), there was an uneasy tension between us. Wruce did not know what to make of me, and to be honest I didn't make the best impression. We both knew that the gunshot would bring more shuffling dead in our direction. In my panic, I also should've realised that he'd have told me about anything useful, wouldn't he?

As if he could read my thoughts, his eyes moved towards my bag.

"Whatcha got in there?" he said suspiciously. Still nervous, I showed him the contents. He picked out the bag with the tooth. "I don't know who you thought I was, but I certainly ain't the g**-d**n tooth fairy!" he chuckled to himself, and pulled a cigarette out of his pocket. I declined his offer, I needed all the air left in my tragically unfit lungs!

That was the sort of thing Eduardo would say, and my thoughts were focused once more. I show the policeman my flashlight, but he says he knows the way to the next Metro. I know the name, but usually only pass through. He thinks his family might be along that way somewhere, so he is heading back. I'm a strong believer of safety in numbers, so I check my bag, case and belt(you can't run if your pants are around your ankles) and follow him out the door, even if there's a voice at the back of my head saying "But you know there's zombies back there..."

  14. Option C.
Also ask how much ammo he has left in his gun and if he would like to check out the painted miniature.

    ReplyDelete
  15. This guy seems to be a strong guy who knows how to handle things, but also he seems to bee a bit strange. I mean Wruce Billis? Really? Maybe its better to not let him know who I am.
“Nice to meet you Wruce, my name is Mohn JcClan.”
    “That's some strange name!”
“Yeah...” I giggle nervous “that's a french name.”
    He laughs very loud.
“HA HA HA! Ja, those people are really weird! HA HA HA!”
I assume that his family is probably already dead and I don't like the idea to hang around whit this guy, but I would also really like to get out of this tunnels.
“Wruce lets get out of this tunnels!”

I choose B, not that it will make any difference. ^^

  16. A Guy who looks like Bruce Willis, and is named Wruce Billis.

There can only be one Answer: C) besides he does have a gun and knows how to use it and he looks like he is in a bad mood, perhaps when I help him I can cheer him a bit up. And perhaps I can intruduce him to the miniature painting hobby, there can never be enough miniature painters :-)

    ReplyDelete
  17. Option C)

There is safety in numbers, and two heads are better than one (unless we're talking about Z's)

It only seems right to help Wruce (at least for now) given that he dispatched the last walker for me, and seems like h knows what he is doing.

Before heading off, though, it may be important to do a couple of things:

    1. Check the radio to see if it it battery powered, or plugged into the wall.

    2. Ask Wruce about the path to the right, and what he found there, just in case we get separated and I need somewhere safe to fall back to.

    3. Double check the maintenance room to see if there are any tools that could be used as a weapon, or any supplies that Wruce overlooked.

Also, while it may be a waste of colour, perhaps I should draw an arrow in the floor/wall indicating the direction that has no zombies.

    Cheers
