Some new finished miniatures

posted by Oli, Honour.Guard, silver leaf

I have a lot of fun in painting in the last weeks. The world expo in Montreux and the competiton in Kulmbach have motivated me very well.

After months without showing finished miniatures, I want to show you some news. I start with this Darksword lady.. I bought her in a set some years ago.. and I didn't liked that small filigree models. But at the moment the sculpts from Darksword make a lot of fun to paint and I have already finished the next one. So here we go:

The next diorama is called *Last Resort* and was done in the last 2-3months. It was a lot of work from the first mini to the latest water effect. I hope I can show you some pictures of the complete work in the next weeks.

And finally a little fun job with some Rackham Minis, as always you can click on the pictures for a bigger view.

Feel free to give me some critical comments...

I haven't much more free place in my cabinet, so I am thinking in sell some of my miniatures.. If you interested feel free to write me an email on Oli@Massivevoodoo.com

Best regards Oli

  3. I love the Lost Resort Diorama with Seamus from Malifaux...

Is it wrong of me to see that being even more creepy knowing that he is a killer and taking the child is something that just leads to bad things...

  4. Great models Oli - love the Darksword lady and the light situation painted - can't wait until there are some more shots of your bid diorama. Criticism? Mmh... main thought i had while looking at your models was: Why is he showing the back of the lady first on the photo stream - sure i understand it if she would wear a bikini, but most time it is best for the first impression to show the front of a miniature first - just my 50 Cent ;)

  5. Thanks for your comments :)

@Lord Shaper: No it isn't wrong, I wanted to catch a dark, psycho, end time feeling when you look at the diorama. And I think this Malifaux miniature can't look happy and friendly, so you feel right.. :D

@Roman: Yea you are right.. I thought the same, but I have some problems with blogger.. If I change the order of the pictures later.. you can't click on them anymore for see them big.. but I have already told you in facebook.. hehe :D
