Kong Fu Fu Fu

Good morning sunny place!

Colour knows no boundaries, colour is an international force and international language from Sweden to the Himalaya peaks! Don't be afraid of colours, accept them, see them, feel them, understand them, love them, use your love to work with them.

This text is kind of stolen and rewritten from Alborosie, who sings the truth:

Really my new workplace is kind of hard in the morning hours. I love the sun and when she is visible here she really strikes inside my "morning-window" with full powers. I can't see anything. Oh yeah, even having a hard time searching for the right keys to hit. Wpndertul san :)

Some Kong Fu from my side about the jungle - 600 Subscribers reached this morning! Wohoooowww! There is jungle party ahead with a miniature for you to win painted by Oli aka Honourguard. The preparation are still active and i have to say sorry for a bit of delay as i got to work with a sunburn, here at this window. I ask of a bit more patience as the information is already carried through the depths of the jungle, on winding jungle paths by a small ape trainee. As soon as he arrives in the main bamboo castle you will recieve the info why we say thanks to you and on how you can win a model painted by the ape gang.

For those who still remember big king of colours, Jérémie Bonamont might be intrested in this information. They are still well and having a great time as i can say from the photos of their big bike journey. Claire and Jérémie are doing a bike tour from France over the continent of Africa, back to France. Yes they are kind of crazy but i really envy them both. They are keeping track with reports in french language on their homepage and also add tons of photos. Really i envy them for such eyesights. Check out the reports and wish them the best for their journey. For example here are some photos of inspiration, i guess you get what i mean:

Take your time and visit their site - they are kind of crazy and i still envy them for their bravery and the stories of colours their eyes are able to see in real life.

Keep on happy painting!
Best Regards
Roman

  2. Wow, thank you Roman for showing us Jeremie's journey blog. I didn't even know he was running one although I heard about his trip.

The photos are awesome. I wish one day we could go for such a trip. Well, maybe...
But maybe you will? It would be thrilling to read such a blog from you, if you can write such an interesting blog about miniatures.

And as far as your blog goes - congratulations on your fantastic number of followers! In our hobby it is a really serious number. Start the celebration! I still have a long way to go to reach the number with my blog but I am very happy with it as a way to motivate me to stay in touch with the hobby community :)

And the sculpting tutorial is really worth checking out. I still need to learn a lot about sculpting. Don't you think that the title of this work could be Volverine Uncrucified? His pose is so similar to this classic subject of religious art. It may sound blasphemous, but the similarities are so many...

Keep such interesting posts coming. You're giving very much to the hobby community!

    cheers,
    Ańa

Yeah Jeremie is a bad ass rebel who i really envy. Life should be full of such trips to say at least you have lived in the end, but everyone knows how every days struggle of life can catch you and hold you in its thight fangs. I am planning some holidays someday but for sure not such a trip, just holiday from working and working and working with my hobby :)

Many thanks for your congratz about the 600, but these are just numbers, i am more intrested in the people behind and i am really happy tp meet more and more people during events soon. I am also looking forward to get to know the Painting Mum who brings up a great blog too. Don't you worry if your blog comes from the heart as it does everything comes from itself... rock on!

The Wolverine is some hard view i think, maybe a bit provocating as showing this super hero kind of crucified... mmh, still not sure what to think of it myself... many thanks for your time you take to add your thoughts to the jungle, highly appreciated...

    Best Regards
