Toxic girl finished...

Aloa,

i recently finished up the Toxic Girl by Fatal Personality - really this sculpt rocks, really small but highly detailed, a true painters love. As there are a lot of version of her out there i did my vision a bit more dramatic i guess, but all because of the base. Really had fun doing her base as you can see. Got her from Yvonne (Vhaidra) and i really am thankful to her, thanks my dear :)

This model is planned to be an exchange miniature with Sebastian Archer (automaton), if he still likes it - so he got to tell me i am not sure if he does. From the beginning to the end she was planned to be for him and i managed to hide that little tribute to his version in mine - the same main cloth colour, haha. I am really thankful to Seb for his bombastic inspirational work - i say it forever, here and again elsewhere :)

I hope you like my vision of this girl...  for the basework i have used a lot of things, including a Romeo Model, some pieces of an old MiniDiscPlayer, i've managed to make some ok photos finally...

Toxic girl, Fatal Personality, 28 mm

Also i took a shot of her in my cabinet, at night with lightning, for you to see the seize comparision, click to enlarge:

Also i have collected all the fast done WIP-photos of her, i have shown on Massive Voodoo before so this is together in one place...

Hope you like her! She is also up to CMON!

Keep on happy painting!
Regards
Roman

  2. She's pretty fab. I think I say this about all your minis (except possibly the busts), but I just love the base.

    I think I'm going to do something similar for General Adept Nemo (I just love that sculpt), and I was wondering where you got the gears and stuff. Was it all from a mini-disk player? I might have some old walkmans I could rip apart...

    Also, about the mesh- I've looked for mesh similar to that, but haven't been able to find it. Is it metal or plastic? Do you know what it's used for? Do you have any suggestions for where I might find some?

  3. Wonderful! Really like the girl and the Base. Sorry if you said it, but where can I get that girl? Got an Idea for her.

  4. Oh WOW!!!! It was a very good idea to give you this cool sculpt I knew you would do something very special with her. So it is a good day for you because you can stay alive :-) (I promised Jarhead that I will kill him if he would mess up the paintjob,lol). The Base is awesome and although it is so... gigantic the mini is into the center and the focus is on the mini. Well done!! I`m really, really happy. I will tell Massimiliano about your good job so he can enjoy it too.

    Uhm no not only from the minidiscplayer, there are some chainrings from old arm watches in it too, some big general purpose screw thread and some plastic children gaming stuff from a cheap truck or something i don't remember. Also a lot of wire you find in the flower/garden store.

    It is metal... but uhh damm i don't remember where i got it from. They are called perforated sheet as far as i could find out... I got them from my apprenticeship in becoming a teacher also in woodwork and metalwork ... uh i needa go to bed my english stinks... sorry...

    @Vasell
    Fatal Personality... not sure about them still doing her. In case of not finding anything just drop a line to Vhaidra, she knows the owner of the company a bit ... but don't tell anyone ;)

    @Vhaidra
    Glad you like her my friend... hear you soon :)
