The Yellow Eyed Penguin Arrives...

by -Matt Cexwish-

A Monkey is a Monkey is a Monkey... some technical Problems (or should I say due to my Primate Brain...:D...?) I was not able to post before, since I forgot my magical Juju Code Word, but the issue was solved so... Here´s a little Gem we have dug out coming from a dark, but friendly Cave located near the Jungles Biggest Volcano (named Hoiho ano Matua whakapua, meaning something like "Yellow-eyed One Penguin that Smokes" in the language of the Natives:D, which will give you a clue on who we are presenting today...;)...): The nearly complete Gallery of our Great Russian Friend Kirill "Yellow One" Kanaev!

Not long ago we had the GREAT Pleasure to visit Kirill in his Studio and he showed us some marvelous and absolutely stunning Projects... Take this for example!

Not only that it is painted beyond Good and Evil... Believe it or not, this whole thing has been build by a Belorussian Friend of his who has used only three components: Paper / Cardboard for the Hull, Simple Wood Glue (!) to sculpt the Wolve Emblems and Freaking Spaghetti (!!!!) for the filigrane rail parts due to the lack of Plasticard... Kirill was so happy with the outcome that he decided to give it his best Paintjob as a sign of appreciation... Mind is Blown, but in a Very Happy way...:D... Feel free to redirect anyone to this Image who is complaining about High Tech Materials in Future ever again...^-^...

Not many people know that Kirill, as a professional Miniature painter, has dozents of "unpublished" Miniatures and similar projects online, so we thought it would be a nice idea to spread the Word and show you some of them...

                                                                      Here is the Gallery!

Now off you go, Enjoy the Works of One of the Most particular Guys in Miniature Painting, Kirill Kanaev!

p.s.: Yes, most of these Miniatures ARE actually painted using Non Metallic Metal Techniques... Make sure to check out the LSD Goblins...;)...
